Sales Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**: The Sales Project Coordinator will serve as the link between the sales team and the execution of sales-driven projects. You will be responsible for managing the flow of projects, coordinating resources, and supporting the team in achieving sales objectives. Your role will help ensure seamless communication and execution, from prospecting to contract finalization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination & Execution**:
- Coordinate sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Assist in managing sales cycles for assigned products and services, including the preparation of proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
- Track progress and communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Organize regular meetings with the sales and product teams to strategize actionable plans for ongoing projects.
- **Stakeholder Communication & Asset Development**:
- Develop and manage assets used for communication with stakeholders, prospects, and clients, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Support the writing and negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for Haply.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during project execution to ensure alignment between client needs and sales objectives.
- **CRM Management & Reporting**:
- Track and update customer information and project progress in Odoo.
- Generate and maintain sales performance dashboards, providing updates and reports to the sales leadership team.
- Develop sales KPI dashboards and prepare regular reports for performance evaluation.
- **Sales Strategy & Growth**:
- Contribute to developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Identify new opportunities with existing customers and support the sales team in maximizing revenue potential.
- Assist in market analysis and help generate strategies to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration & External Representation**:
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to coordinate the allocation of resources required for project execution.
- Ensure alignment between sales, operations, and product development teams by communicating updated expectations.
- Represent Haply Robotics at conferences, exhibits, and congresses, supporting the sales team in promoting the company's product offerings.
- **Performance Evaluation**:
- Evaluate project outcomes quantitatively and qualitatively, providing feedback to enhance processes and approaches.
- Conduct quarterly project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to support sales teams in achieving their objectives.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales KPI reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences or client meetings.
