En tant que Directeur-(trice) de comptes - Institutionnel et gestion privée vous serez responsable du développement des affaires et du maintien d’une relation privilégiée avec la clientèle sous votre responsabilité.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:

Maîtriser les lois relatives aux produits en investissement et retraite et les systèmes de gestion ainsi que la documentation qui les supportent.

Analyser les besoins de notre clientèle, les produits et services offerts par la compétition et recommander à son supérieur immédiat toute amélioration à nos produits, services ou processus afin de maintenir ou améliorer notre position concurrentielle.

Planifier, organiser et effectuer la sollicitation des groupes et actuaires-conseils pour les différents types de produits et de services sous sa responsabilité.

Appuyer les autres représentants lors de la mise en vigueur des produits en investissement et retraite.

Analyser les modifications apportées aux règlements, contrats, formulaires ou autres documents dans le but de pouvoir les justifier auprès de la clientèle; les présenter et les faire accepter par la suite.

Identifier les caractéristiques des produits et services sous sa responsabilité par comparaison à ceux des concurrents et les utiliser comme arguments de vente auprès de la clientèle.

Appuyer les responsables de groupes et les actuaires-conseils en leur fournissant la documentation adéquate ainsi que les informations et les explications nécessaires.

Effectuer des visites régulières dans les groupes et chez les actuaires-conseils sous sa responsabilité de façon à développer nos affaires et à maintenir une relation privilégiée.

Expliquer les produits et services sous sa responsabilité aux différents responsables de groupes, aux adhérents et aux actuaires-conseils.

Préparer et donner des cours relatifs aux services de gestion des fonds et d’administration des régimes de rentes collectifs.

Participer à l’organisation d’activités, à la rédaction de documents et à leur présentation ou distribution dans le but de promouvoir nos produits et services auprès de la clientèle.

Analyser les cahiers de charge et les demandes de soumissions concernant les produits sous sa responsabilité, de façon à pouvoir préparer et présenter la position de la Société.

Présenter, hebdomadairement, le rapport concernant ses affaires en cours et produire, sur demande, tout autre rapport relié aux activités de sa direction.

Vos talents et qualifications:

Baccalauréat en administration, ou l’équivalent.

Avoir une expérience minimale de cinq (5) ans dans la vente de produits financiers.

Détenir le permis de conseiller en sécurité financière et celui de conseiller en régimes de rentes collectives ou s’engager à les obtenir.

Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
