Product Industrialization Specialist

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage industrialization projects (needs analysis, definition of requirements, schedule monitoring, risk management, identification of stakeholders, etc. duration of 6-24 months);
- Carry out technical studies (time and movement, production line swing, layout plan, etc.);
- Coordinate and/or carry out the design of templates, workstations and others, considering basic notions of ergonomics;
- Produce technical documentation for assembly lines;
- Define and implement training needs for production;
- Analyze project needs and define an industrialization strategy;
- Organize and lead meetings (problem solving, design review, brainstorm, etc.);
- Document projects and processes;
- Respect quality procedures relating to production and product development;
- All other related tasks.

**Education + Experience Required**
- College degree (DEC - Industrial or mechanical engineering);
- Equivalent theoretical knowledge;
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector.

**Qualifications + Skills Required**
- Mastery of Microsoft Office software: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio;
- Interest in programming and having logical sense (SQL, VBA);
- Be able to express oneself in French, orally and in writing, and have advanced knowledge of English, both orally and in writing, to interact daily with colleagues, clients and partners at the international who do not speak French;
- Good sense of analysis and organization;
- Leadership, communication skills and ease of working in a team;
- Be able to manage several projects at once;
- Thrive in a changing environment (change of priority);
- Knowledge of software: Solidwork, AutoCad, SketchUp, Virtual Process (Asset);
- Knowledge of value-added production tools (Lean manufacturing) (Asset).
