Responsabilites du poste 

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice de la transformation des ventes, le poste de RGM Manager implique le développement et la mise en œuvre de plans de revenus stratégiques (Customer & Promo Mix ainsi que des initiatives PPA) visant à assurer le succès de l'entreprise dans un environnement FCMG concurrentiel. 

- Développer une compréhension claire des finances et des clients de Bel afin de créer des stratégies optimales de prix, de portefeuille et d'investissement, y compris la gestion des fonds commerciaux, l'optimisation des promotions et la gestion de la gamme de produits.

 - Mener des initiatives en matière d'assortiment afin d'identifier les opportunités commerciales et de mettre en place des outils de planification des ventes, ce qui permet une meilleure prise de décision.
- Maximiser la rentabilité et la gestion de la croissance du chiffre d'affaires grâce à des stratégies de prix et de promotion

- Fournir des recommandations en matière de prix et de promotion pour les marques de Bel en collaborant avec le marketing et la finance pour établir des stratégies de prix et mener des analyses de pertes et profits.

- Diriger l'architecture des prix en traduisant la stratégie des prix à la consommation en listes de prix pour les clients.

- Réaliser des études de prix et de promotion, en analysant les aspects internes, les clients, les acheteurs et la concurrence.

- Avoir une connaissance approfondie de tous les accords commerciaux avec les clients et évaluer l'impact de la composition de la clientèle sur les résultats de performance.

- Gérer les dépenses commerciales promotionnelles et élaborer des stratégies de promotion efficaces afin de maximiser le retour sur investissement.

- Fournir des lignes directrices pour la hiérarchisation des produits sur la base de la rentabilité, y compris des recommandations pour l'augmentation ou la réduction de la taille des produits.

- Collaborer avec l'ensemble de l'entreprise pour définir des stratégies de vente qui favorisent la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et améliorent la rentabilité.

- Diriger et soutenir l'utilisation de tous les outils analytiques et élaborer des rapports de suivi des indicateurs clés de performance pour contrôler les progrès. 

Qualifications et exigences

- Baccalauréat en commerce et/ou expérience équivalente
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire ou CPG dans l'optimisation des fonds commerciaux et des promotions, la gestion du mix, l'architecture des prix (PPA) ou la gestion de la croissance du chiffre d'affaires.

Compétences clés

- Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de communication
- Sens aigu de la finance, forte réflexion stratégique critique, capacité à résoudre les problèmes. Compréhension des leviers du P&L.
- Esprit d'équipe permettant d'interagir efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et à différents niveaux de l'organisation.
- Capacité avérée à gérer les délais et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
- Professionnel(le) orienté(e) vers les résultats et les détails, doté(e) de compétences interpersonnelles 
- Compétence en matière de manipulation des données de vente. 
- Excellente compréhension de la technologie (MS PowerPoint, Excel avancé).
- Une expérience dans l'analyse des données de vente de Nielsen ou de clients est requise.
- Bilingue en francais et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
