About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our Revenue Management Team, you will be responsible for leading strategic decisions and recommendations to drive Net Sales Revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Category & Channel Strategy: Lead and support category & channel strategy through assortment, net pricing (price and promo) strategy and contractual investment grounded in consumer, category and shopper insights.
  • Promotional Strategy Integration: Proactively revaluate, influence and establish the future of our promotional strategy while unlocking customer or channel specific findings to optimize our offers and Annual Operating Process downloads.
  • Category Price Management: Define and articulate the role of pricing and promotion within the assigned category, grounded in consumer and shopper insights.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of progressive commercial experience in trade marketing, finance, business intelligence or strategy with demonstrated success in turning analytics and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or another analytical discipline.
  • Fully bilingual — Français/English.
