Responsibilities:
• Accurately inputting data related to kilome and driver payroll in a high-volume environment
• Conduct full cycle billings with meticulous attention to detail
• Analyze driver timesheets to ensure accurate invoicing to the customer
• Utilize knowledge of transportation equipment, such as 4 axle, 5 axle, flat deck, to perform tasks efficiently
• Familiarize with transportation language, such as pre-trip, post-trip, hours of service, for effective communication and understanding
• Employ Excel skills for efficient data management and record keeping
• Handle billing related tasks and payroll functions in a systematic manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Applicant must have a proficient understanding and working knowledge of billing procedures.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to utilize complex formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features.
• Familiarity with payroll functions, such as processing timesheets, calculating overtime, and managing payroll taxes, is necessary.
• Previous experience in the transport industry is highly desired.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to identify and rectify billing errors.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and other team members.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
