**Job Duties**
- Creating and sending out customer invoices
- Entering employee timesheets into accounting software
- Ensuring data input is accurate as per completed work orders
- Ensuring final invoice is accurate and covers all necessary information
- Attend to customer service calls and input details into database for follow up action
- Reporting any discrepancies to the Accounting head
- Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos
- Perform other necessary administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of clerical office or administration experience
- Experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting is preferred
- A Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and meticulous with numbers
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- QuickBooks experience is an asset
- Salesforce experience is an asset
- Ability to consistently meet deadline and work well under pressure
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- High level of integrity and excellent work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual or in a team
