Internal Service and Warranty Advisor

Roy Foss Woodbridge is seeking an experienced Internal Service/ Warranty Advisor who will be responsible for managing internal service operations, including used car reconditioning, new car delivery coordination, and warranty-related tasks. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in this role. This individual is passionate, professional, has a positive & outgoing attitude, and shares our obsession with customer service. If this sounds like you, come join our team

Some things we are looking for so you can be successful in this role:

  • Oversee the reconditioning process for Used Car Department (UCD) stock, ensuring all estimates for repairs and service are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with the service department and technicians to schedule and prioritize reconditioning work.
  • Manage the delivery process for new vehicles, ensuring proper follow-through on all required service and inspection tasks.
  • Provide support to the cash office by assisting with financial duties, such as processing payments, preparing invoices, and managing service-related documentation.
  • Assist clients with service inquiries, scheduling, and general dealership support.
  • Manage overflow phone calls from the service department, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in reconciling warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation is submitted and processed according to manufacturer guidelines.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive service, warranty processing, or dealership operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multi tasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid G Driver’s Licence and clean driver abstract
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
