**Position Objective**
- Write up repair orders for preparation of New/Pre-Owned inventory for sale;
- Advise Sales Management of additional work required and associated cost;
- Arrange and invoice sublet repairs for above vehicles;
- Process invoices for above vehicles;
- Process and complete appropriate checklists and warranty registration for above vehicles;
- Ensure timely completion of all work requests so that vehicle can be delivered as scheduled;
- Answer any inquiries possible and acquire assistance if necessary;
- Coordinating PDI’s, vehicle cleaning, etc. around delivery schedule in a timely fashion;
- Keep abreast of relevant changes in automobiles and dealership products.
- Maintain awareness of factory-recommended maintenance schedules.
- Attend all department meetings, and perform any other duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current full clean driving license
- Previous experience in automotive service - BMW experience preferred
- Be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve sales targets
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A team player
- Have the ability to complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

**Please note**: applicants must provide a clean driver’s abstract and criminal background check prior to commencing employment

**Experience**:

- Internal Service Advisor: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
