Warranty Analyst

CAT is looking for a Warranty Analyst to join its team The warranty analyst is responsible of submitting the warranty claims to the suppliers and maximize the warranty recoveries for the assigned branches and/or divisions .

In a typical day, YOU will:

Review and analyze the Warranty jobs as per the suppliers warranty guidelines and policies, create and submit accurate warranty claims.

Liaison with service operations to provide all required information and documents to maximize the warranty recoveries.

Perform consistently well to meet and exceed the established warranty performance targets.

Assist branches/other internal customer for warranty related questions and communicate helpful information Effectively communicate, train, and follow (audit) existing policies and changes Participate/contribute to the continuous process/ system improvement Any other relevant task related to the warranty claims administration, processes, systems, procedures, reports

Must-haves for this role:

Diploma of Collegial or University Studies, mechanics or any other combination of relevant training and experience combined with 3 years of experience in Heavy Equipment or equivalent
