Senior Manager, Sales Administration | Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation Head Office | Mississauga, Ontario
As a (Senior) Manager with Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team , who you will work with to drive sales , support an excellent client experience, and ensure the sales administration processes operate efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit , passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to support the business will greatly influence the client and associate experience.
As a Sales Administration Manager, you will lead the execution of seasonal orders, order fulfillment and shipment processes . Your relationship with the warehouse will provide you the opportunity to understand logistic processes and you will have the opportunity to improve merchandise flow to the business.
To be successful in this role you will operate with integrity , have a strong team mindset and be results driven . As a member of the team accountable for sales administration, you will be responsible for ensuring timely order entry , and fulfillmen t.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum five (5+) years of experience in a similar logistics/ administration role Post-secondary education preferred Experience with process efficiency/documentation, logistics and administration duties on a national scale Effective communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to coordinate projects across Canada Proficiency with Retail/ Warehouse Systems and Office programs, i.e. SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint While not required, Italian, French, or other language skills are considered a strong asset Ability to travel domestically including driving with the use of a personal vehicleWhy Join Us
