Business Development Executive

Partner Staffing is the "go-to recruiter" for difficult, important, and time-sensitive positions in Western Canada. We work with proactive clients who understand the importance of having exceptional staff.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue lead accounts, develop new business opportunities, and manage existing client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, qualify opportunities, and offer solutions.
- Work alongside our recruitment team to drive search effort, asses candidate suitability, present profiles, and negotiate placements.
- Effectively manage existing accounts, guiding them through the sales funnel to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of consultative sales and prospecting experience.
- Experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry, with a strong background in Account Management.
- Highly customer-focused
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to listen actively.
- Strong business and financial acumen, able to articulate the company's mission, , services, and customers.
- Technologically savvy, with proficiency in utilizing sales tools and resources to accelerate results.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Operates with a high sense of urgency, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
