YOUR CHALLENGE

Prepare the inspection, maintenance and installation mandates in collaboration with external customers and certified technicians.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the contact person between customer services and technicians on the road across Canada; Plan routes and working schedule while managing unforeseen events; Dispatch the routes between technicians to ensure uninterrupted and efficient service to our customers; Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers; Plan routes and working schedule while managing unforeseen events; Dispatch the routes between technicians to ensure uninterrupted and efficient service to our customers; Oversee inventory management and equipment transfers; Perform customer invoicing and complete the required mandate documents; Make quotes for workshop repairs; Take charge of projects and process optimization; Act as support for the branch manager (when applicable).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

DEC in logistics / transport management or operations management; 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; Bilingual.
