YOUR CHALLENGE

You will be responsible for coordinating all operational efforts related to the IT Help Desk service offering to maintain high customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Resolve incidents and service requests related to computer systems, networks, software and hardware;
- Document technical interventions;
- Install and modify workstations;
- Participate in the development and deployment of internal IT systems;
- Establish and keep the department’s service catalogue up to date;
- Monitor KPIs for the technical support department;
- Manage equipment and purchasing;
- Promote and ensure the implementation of initiatives to improve work processes and procedures in order to optimize IT Help Desk operations;
- Support the transition and integration of projects and deployments that may affect IT Help Desk call volume: clear communications, team technical training, and documentation of new processes.

- Reduce recurring incidents.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- DEC or university certificate;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Bilingualism (written and spoken);
- ITIL Certification (an asset).
