We are currently recruiting a full-time Customer Service Administrator (Reception Area) for our client located in London ON.

** This position is fully ON-SITE, and requires access to reliable transportation as it is NOT bus accessible **

Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments
- Answer phones and respond to email inquiries
- Ensure walk-in customers sign in with the visitors log and record accurate information for follow up
- Schedule appointments and update calendars
- General office support such as filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and faxing
- Process payments, ensure all related paperwork is complete
- Distribute mail and deliveries
- Ensure reception area and customer lounge area is in good order and stocked with supplies
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous experice in a high volume customer service or reception role
- Professional, can-do attitude with the drive to take on new or additional responsibilities
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks and customers simultaneously
- Superior customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
** This position may require 2-3 Saturday's a year in order to cover vacation time **
