Job Summary:
**Reporting directly to the GM, Sales & Marketing the CSR duties will include**:
- Receive initial customer inquiries, from website and phone, and process immediate orders
- Assign customers to appropriate sales personnel, when applicable
- Input new opportunities, accounts and contacts into company CRM
- Customer and product data entry
- Maintain CRM database by ensuring customer opportunities, leads and buying customers are logged into the system and customer files are updated and maintained regularly
- Prepare quotes and sales orders as needed
- Follow up calls with customers
- Sales team administrative support as directed
**Support Sales Team and General Manager as required. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to**:
- Project research
- Track and update opportunities, accounts and contacts in company CRM
- Prepare quotes and sales order as needed
- Schedule appropriate follow up for sales team members as required
- Additional sales support duties as required
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. High School Diploma with 2 - 5 years practical work experience in customer service and administrative work
2. Experience with Microsoft Suite (word, PowerPoint, excel)
3. Strong organization and time management skills to deal with competing priorities and deadlines
4. Strong interpersonal skills for high-level customer interaction
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Advanced computer and internet research skills
7. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. College Diploma in Business Admin, sales related diploma
2. Customer Service
3. CRM databases
4. Expert with Microsoft Suite (word, PowerPoint, excel)
5. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics is a definite asset
