En tant que premier directeur, Stratégie et intelligence daffaires chez Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada, vous serez à l'avant-garde de la production d'informations et d'analyses stratégiques pour soutenir les décisions d'affaires cruciales. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles telles que les Ventes, les Finances, le Marketing et les TI, vous piloterez le processus de planification globale de KDP Canada, définirez les besoins en matière de rapports commerciaux et fournirez des analyses commerciales exhaustives à la direction.
Relevant du directeur principal, Stratégie et développement des affaires, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la définition de l'orientation future de notre entreprise.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, il faut :
Esprit analytique : Capacité à analyser de vastes ensembles de données, à identifier les tendances et à en tirer des conclusions significatives. Les candidats doivent être à l'aise avec les données et posséder de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
Réflexion stratégique : Capacité à comprendre les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise et à aligner les analyses et les recommandations sur les objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation. Capacité à traduire les enseignements tirés des données en stratégies réalisables.
Compétences en communication : Une communication efficace est essentielle pour présenter aux parties prenantes des conclusions complexes tirées de données et ce, d'une manière claire et compréhensible. Aptitude à faire parler les données et à influencer les décideurs.
Sens des affaires : Bonne compréhension des principes d'affaires et des concepts financiers.
Maîtrise technique : Maîtrise des outils de manipulation de données (par exemple, SQL, Python, R) et des outils de visualisation (par exemple, Tableau, Power BI) pour effectuer des analyses et créer des rapports.
Souci du détail : Exactitude et précision, accorde une attention particulière à la qualité des données, en veillant à ce que les informations utilisées pour l'analyse soient fiables et cohérentes.
Capacité à sadapter : Capacité à évoluer continuellement avec les nouvelles technologies et méthodologies émergentes. Les professionnels doivent être ouverts à apprendre et à s'adapter aux changements au niveau des outils, des techniques et des exigences de l'entreprise.
Collaboration : Capacité à travailler de manière interfonctionnelle avec des équipes telles que les TI, les Finances, le Marketing, les Ventes et les Opérations. Des compétences en matière de collaboration sont essentielles pour recueillir les exigences, obtenir des sources de données et mettre en œuvre des solutions qui répondent aux besoins des différentes parties prenantes.

Principales responsabilités :
Développer et améliorer en continu la présentation du processus de planification commerciale (plan commercial triennal et annuel) et mettre en place un processus commercial intégré et efficace au sein de l'unité d'affaires canadienne. Gérer la gouvernance des IRC de l'exécution commerciale, des revues opérationnelles et de la performance du portefeuille. Mener des discussions stratégiques sur la gestion du portefeuille et fournir un soutien dans les activités de développement commercial en amont. Diriger les analyses, les réflexions et la mise en page stratégique des présentations internes et externes destinées à la direction. Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction commerciale afin d'établir des IRC commerciaux pour l'ensemble du portefeuille KDP afin de réaliser le plan de fonctionnement annuel (AOP) et d'augmenter les parts, les ventes nettes et le bénéfice d'exploitation. Faire progresser continuellement le processus de planification de KDP Canada et assurer l'alignement avec la fonction des Finances pour le processus et la présentation du plan de fonctionnement annuel (AOP). Veiller à ce que l'équipe d'Intelligence d'affaires soit le point de contact unique et de gouvernance en ce qui concerne les sources de données et l'orientation pour les indicateurs et les modèles pour les rapports d'activité/commerciaux. Gérer l'exécution de la feuille de route de lIntelligence d'affaires pour tous les aspects des activités de l'entreprise. Diriger des initiatives stratégiques de transformation ou y participer, selon les besoins.Exigences :
Baccalauréat et 7 ans d'expérience en analyse, en finance, en vente, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe De préférence, expérience dans une entreprise « Fortune » ou dans les secteurs des biens de consommation emballés, des boissons, des petits appareils ménagers ou dans des secteurs connexes Bilinguisme, français et anglais, un atoutKeurig Dr Pepper Canada est une importante société multinationale de boissons, avec des bureaux partout dans le monde et au Canada. As the Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Intelligence at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) Canada you'll be at the forefront of delivering strategic insights and analytics to support pivotal business decisions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT, you'll spearhead the overall planning process for KDP Canada, define commercial reporting needs, and provide comprehensive business analyses to senior leadership.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our business.

Main Responsibilities :
Continuously develop and improve the layout of commercial planning process (3-year and annual commercial plan) and establish an embedded and effective Commercial Process within the Canadian Business unit; Manage the governance of the commercial execution KPIs, operating reviews and portfolio performance Lead portfolio management strategic discussions and provide support in early business development activities Lead analyses, insights, and strategic layout of internal and external Executive leadership presentations; Collaborate with the Commercial Leadership Team to establish Commercial KPIs across the full KDP portfolio that delivers Annual Operating Plan and grows shares, net sales and operating income Drive continuous improvement of the KDP Canada planning process and ensure alignment with Finance function for Annual Operating Plan process and presentation Ensure the Business Intelligence team is the single point of contact and governance regarding data sources and guidance towards metrics and templates for business/commercial reporting. Manage the execution of the BI roadmap for all aspects of the business Lead or participate to transformational strategic initiatives as requiredRequirements:
