What Will You Do?
Seek new business opportunities by following up on leads, engaging existing customers, and addressing their inquiries and service needs. Develop and strengthen client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and a range of solutions tailored to Erb Group's operations. Assist in growing and developing new business relationships and monitoring competitive activities. Liaise with internal teams to resolve client service issues, including credit, paperwork, and operational concerns. Collaborate with the pricing team on yearly rate renewals and new rate inquiries, providing accurate quotes to customers. Promote Erb Group’s services and identify new business ventures to increase market share and meet financial targets. Maintain high-quality client relationships, focusing on satisfaction and service excellence. Customize transportation solutions based on client requirements, including full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), dedicated routes, and cross-border logistics. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities to drive product and service improvements. Track and analyze sales metrics, client feedback, and revenue targets to enhance service offerings. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring clarity on services, timelines, and expectations. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, addressing complaints and service issues promptly to maintain strong relationships. Perform other tasks as needed to support client success and company growth.Who Are We Looking For?
Post-secondary education in a customer service-focused field, Sales, Logistics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry. In-depth understanding of transportation solutions, including FTL, LTL, and cross-border logistics. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused approach. Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented. Dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges efficiently under pressure.
