You as a People & Culture Coordinator (HR) will:

Be responsible for the administration of the full employee life cycle, including salary changes, resignation, promotions, transfers, onboarding and more Independently and with the support of P&C Managers, effectively respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner  Deliver full recruitment services including, front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employment offers Participate in career fairs, co-op programs and build external relationships to source top talent Provide an exceptional employee experience by delivering a welcoming new hire experience, including issuing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, processing new hire paperwork and mobilizing IT requirements Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro) as an expert user of the system

Is this the right role for you?

You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 6 months human resources experience at a Coordinator level You thrive on delivering a positive employee experience by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business  You have effective oral and written communication skills as well as a proven ability to work within a high paced environment.
