Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations, ensuring products are manufactured on schedule and to high-quality standards.
Implement and maintain efficient production processes, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
Work directly with production staff to provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
Manage inventory levels, materials, and equipment to meet production demands. Able to learn the product from the shop floor up to drawings

Must have fabrication experience welding , cutting, plasma, laser, stamping, bending

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Familiarity with production management software and tools.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive operational improvement
Must have 4 years of metal Manufacturing experience
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in a metal fabrication plant
Must have fabrication experience Weld, cut, plasma, laser, stamping, bending
