**Position Summary**

North Bay Building Products are hiring a **Territory Manager **to service the **Orillia, Barrie and GTA Region. **As Territory Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts, sourcing new business opportunities and promoting manufacturer's programs.
- Territory Management or Outside Sales experience servicing Building Centers and Hardware Stores.
- **B2B Territory Management **experience in the building material distribution market.
- A strong background of outside sales in the **business-to-business market.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing existing accounts while continually sourcing opportunities to create and increase sales.
- Creating and generating new leads, business opportunities and relationships.
- Building strong business relationships with the individuals of your accounts.
- Process inbound orders, provide quotes and solve customer service issues.
- Ensuring continued support for all North Bay product lines.
- Conducting information sessions with contractor salespeople.
- Creating exposure in the market while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Managing and growing an assigned customer base using our Customer Relationship Management tools.

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous Territory Management experience in the building materials industry.**:

- Previous outside sales experience in the **business-to-business market.**:

- Strong experience building relationships with senior-level managers, owners, contract sellers, and buying decision-makers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to perform under mínimal direct supervision.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
