Youwill:
Assist the Retail & Rental Manager with trainingand coaching a successful and enthusiastic team of employees. Perform monthly inventory counts and providereporting to the Retail Manager. Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding guestexpectations on a daily basis. Perform all cash handling duties (opening, cashbalancing, coin orders and closing). Merchandise the department displays, ensuringthat the most common products are easily accessible for replenishment andcustomer accessibility. Work closely with the Retail & Rental Managerto discuss planning, sales promotions and advertising campaigns. Ensure effective inter-departmentalcommunication across the resort. Assist with employee performance reviews and anydisciplinary discussions. Be an advocate for health and safety, ensuring aclean and safe working environment. Assist the Retail & Rental Manager with anyadditional duties as assigned.You:
Have previous retail supervisory experience. Have inventory management experience. Have extensive guest service experience, and theability to exceed working with a diverse range of people. Have previous cash handling experience (opening,cash balancing, coin orders and closing). Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,and Outlook) and Point of Sale (POS) applications. Have an engaging and outgoing personality. Have a passion and enthusiasm for mountainculture and the resort environment. Are able to work flexible shifts, includingweekends and holidays.We offer:
