Ourclient is looking for many skilled and dedicated Bilingual CustomerCare Representatives to join their dynamic team. The idealcandidates will have a passion for customer service and the abilityto understand clients insurance needs in order to provide them withthe best possiblesolutions.

Whatis in it foryou:
  • Annualsalary ranging from$52.000.
  • Annualbonus aimed at achieving5%.
  • Fulltimepermanent position: 37.50 hours perweek.
  • Hybridposition with 23 days inoffice inChabanel.
  • Mondayto Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm one week per month from 12 pmto 8 pm.
  • 4weeks of annualvacation.

Responsibilities:
  • Understandclients insurance needs and provide appropriatesolutions.
  • Processquotes and underwrite auto and home insurancepolicies.
  • Advisenew clients on auto and homeinsurance.
  • Updateexisting insurance policies for our clients taking into accounttheir evolving needs; propose new products ifnecessary.
  • Buildcustomer loyalty by providing outstandingservice.
  • Underwritenew business append endorsements and issue renewals by obtainingall necessary client information for pricing and riskanalysis.
  • Stayinformed about the latest production guidelines and regulatoryobligations.

Whatyou will need tosucceed:
  • Universityor college degree is a significantasset.
  • 1year of sales and customer service experience (anasset).
  • Bilingualin English and French (spoken and written) to communicate with bothEnglishspeaking and Frenchspeakingclients.
  • Customerorientedmindset and ability to offer products tailored to theirneeds.
  • Excellentproblemsolvingskills.
  • Strongautonomy.
  • Abilityto managepriorities.
  • Excellentcomputer skills to familiarize oneself with newapplications.
