At TD Insurance Direct Agency Inc., we're committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering legendary customer service by understanding their needs and providing value-based advice.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has excellent communication skills. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of colleagues and customers, building strong relationships and providing personalized support. You'll also have access to ongoing training and coaching to help you grow and develop in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide value-based advice and guidance to customers on insurance products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Digital literacy across a range of devices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
