Responsibilities
- Data entry related to the merchandise
- Taking calls for information related to delivery, merchandise, pickup, etc.
- Ensure good follow-up of emails for one-off requests
- Creation of scorecards
- Ordering office supplies
- All other related administrative tasks

Qualifications
- Strong French written and spoken
- Advanced English (receiving emails in English and functional English for taking calls) *Necessary as it is a North American company
- Proactivity, priority management and methodical
- Asset: experience in the field of transport
