Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Preparing and sending reports and documents
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong French language skills (written and spoken)
  • Advanced English language skills (receiving emails in English and functional English for taking calls)
  • Proactivity, priority management, and methodical approach
  • Asset: experience in the transportation field
