Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry related to merchandise
  • Take calls for information related to delivery, merchandise, pickup, etc.
  • Ensure good follow-up of emails for one-off requests
  • Creation of scorecards
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Perform all other related administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Strong French written and spoken
  • Advanced English (receiving emails in English and functional English for taking calls)
  • Proactivity, priority management, and methodical approach
  • Asset: experience in the field of transport
