Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for data entry related to merchandise, taking calls for information, and ensuring good follow-up of emails for one-off requests. You will also be responsible for creating scorecards, ordering office supplies, and performing other related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Data entry related to merchandise
- Taking calls for information related to delivery, merchandise, pickup, etc.
- Ensure good follow-up of emails for one-off requests
- Creation of scorecards
- Ordering office supplies
- All other related administrative tasks

Requirements
- Strong French written and spoken
- Advanced English (receiving emails in English and functional English for taking calls)
- Proactivity, priority management, and methodical
- Asset: experience in the field of transport

What We Offer
- Salary from $21/h
- From Monday to Friday
- Schedule from 8.00am -4.00pm
- Long term contract - indefinite
- Accessible by public transportation or on-site parking
