This is a Full-Time Seasonal Position beginning immediately running until Spring 2025

Act as a first point of contact for all customer service inquiries at Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Calgary office Uphold an excellent in office guest experience and atmosphere Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, through email, and live chat Address customer service-related questions and concerns, escalating to the appropriate Guest Services leader as needed Create and update customer profiles, process season pass requests, and issue season passes Handle cash including a daily float, as well as process debit and credit card transactions Handle all inbound and outbound office mail Promote and sell all products and experiences available at
