Administrative Assistant

For this position you must have at least 1 year Administration experience, open to a temporary role and be valid to work 40 hours in Canada.
- Pay Rate: $18/hour
- Location: Winnipeg, MB
- Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Employment Type: Temporary | full-time
- Length of Employment: 3 months
- Provide assistance to corporate operations staff.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and other materials.
- Operate office equipment, answer telephones, calculate, prepare and issue documents as required.
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems.
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
- Secondary education in Admin or at least 1 year of relevant Administrative experience
- Microsoft Suite experience, particularly with Excel
- Ability to communicate and problem-solve
- Proven record for accuracy
- This is an in-office position, in Winnipeg, MB
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
