Adecco is currently hiring temporary fulltime Administrative Assistant for our client, a reputable company in Winnipeg, MB. The Administrative Assistant will handle incoming calls, manage schedules, organize meetings, and carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. You will be resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized.

For this position you must have at least 1 year Administration experience, open to a temporary role and be valid to work 40 hours in Canada.
  • Pay Rate: $18/hour
  • Location: Winnipeg, MB
  • Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Employment Type: Temporary | full-time
  • Length of Employment: 3 months
Duties include:
  • Provide assistance to corporate operations staff.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and other materials.
  • Operate office equipment, answer telephones, calculate, prepare and issue documents as required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems.
  • Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying.
Qualifications:
  • Secondary education in Admin or at least 1 year of relevant Administrative experience
  • Microsoft Suite experience, particularly with Excel
  • Ability to communicate and problem-solve
  • Proven record for accuracy
  • This is an in-office position, in Winnipeg, MB
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
