Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Generalist, your duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Support talent management.
- Drive HR projects.
-Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
-Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
-Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
-Ensure compliance with labor regulations
-Assists the Marketing Team with day to day marketing functions such as social media management, email and mobile marketing plus support with special projects involving industry and competitor research
- Demonstrate flexibility if moved from one process to another.
- Cultivate a client-focused environment.

Qualifications
- Related Diploma/Degree
- Ideally a tech background, but not required
-1 to 3 years experience working as HR generalist is must
-Knowledge and expertise in HR policies and procedures
-Significant knowledge of the hiring process
-A strong understanding of best practices and current regulations specific to HR
-Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
-Knowledge about conflict management
-Strong decision-making skills
-Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in software like MS Office and Google Docs
