**Job Description**:
**Location - Remote (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba)**

**Position Summary**

Maximus is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. The Human Resources Analyst supports administration and data to the HR department. The position best suits a strong administrator who is interested in Human Resources. Who enjoys variety and thrives working independently.

As the Human Resources Analyst, you will maintain and support a variety of existing reports and queries and build new reports using appropriate reporting systems and tools designed to help and inform senior leaders on people-related matters and decisions.

**Your Typical Week at Maximus**:

- Supports the Senior HRIS Analyst with routine reporting and data sharing
- Maintains the integrity of the compensation framework through the administration, support, training, and delivery of compensation programs & processes
- Creates dashboards, trends analysis reports and ad-hoc reports as needed
- Working with leadership and the HR team, responsible for the delivery and training of the annual performance review cycle
- Produces biweekly cut-off reports and enters changes in information
- Reviews confirm and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entered into the HRIS, Applicant Tracking System and other HR-related systems
- Participates in a variety of projects as needed

**What you offer us**:

- 3-5 years of related human resources experience with strong knowledge of human resources programs, policies and processes
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a business-related discipline (Human Resources, preferred)
- Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and navigating HR systems
- ADP Workforce Now experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Collaborative team player with a strong client service approach
- Acts responsibly and ethically while working with sensitive and confidential personal information
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Permanent resident or Canadian citizen residing in Canada.
