About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations & Maintenance, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative & business support in a professional, time sensitive, and confidential manner. The successful candidate will perform a variety of clerical functions and work in a variety of computer-based systems.
We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, cares about the team they work with, and the work they do.
This position is within our Husky Midstream General Partnership group (HMGP) and located in Lloydminster, SK. and requires the successful candidate to live in the area.

What you’ll do:
Handle applicable day-to-day administrative requirements, such as:
Arranging lunches, accommodations & travel as required for on-site and off-site meetings and events.
Office moves.
Meeting minutes, action tracking as required.
Office supply orders
PPE orders
Onboarding & offboarding tasks
Vehicle Administration:
Monthly vehicle assignment verification
Single point of contact for insurance & fuel cards, new/change driver requests
In Vehicle Monitoring System (Geotab) Superuser – adding users & trucks into system, coordinate device repairs, run driver specific reports as required.
Support electronic document management processes:
Policies & Procedures Hub document steward
Training ticket entry into Learner Management System
Document Management System (HDMS) filing, examples: crossing agreements, aerial surveys.
DocuSign submissions
Governance of the card access & security system for Husky Midstream Assets:
Access/card audits
New requests & offboarding
Liaise with Cenovus building services.
Pipeline key management
Time Administrator:
Operations schedule management in SAP
Monthly time balance & verification
Overtime report & verification
Train new staff on time entry
SharePoint Site Administration:
Create & maintain Resource Center SharePoint page.
Who you are:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalent.
An Administration or Business Diploma from a technical school or Community College. Candidates with commensurate experience and training (min 5 years) would be considered.
Minimum 3 years of progressive related office administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills in the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate). Knowledge of Visio, and SAP would be an asset.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks with several priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, diverse environment, using a high degree of initiative and attention to detail.
Clear understanding of the department, business unit and corporate objectives and how they relate to individual employees within the department.
Extremely professional, and confidential.
Advanced interpersonal skills such as tact, diplomacy, communication (both verbal and written), and conflict resolution.

Husky Midstream owns and operates approximately 2,200 kilometers of pipeline in the Lloydminster region, 5.9 million barrels of oil storage capacity at Hardisty, Alberta and Lloydminster, Alberta, and other ancillary infrastructure assets. It is responsible for blending Western Canadian Select, the benchmark for heavy Canadian crude oil.
