Project Administrative Assistant

Enhanced Engineering (E2) Consulting Ltd. is a respected and successful professional engineering office within the oilfield industry. We have an immediate opening for a permanent **Project Administrative Office Assistant **for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Make phone calls for project information
- Keep track of budgets and project expenditures
- Assist with project planning
- Keep project calendar up to date
- Organize project information
- Monitor and maintain project information
- Organize, maintain, and manage various project databases
- Tracking and inputting data in reports

Along with many other tasks that offer both a challenging and rewarding career experience.

**Qualifications**
- Must be highly detailed oriented and able to complete tasks efficiently and precisely
- Excellent written and verbal communication including proper grammar, spelling and punctuation skills are essential
- Keen attention to accuracy and detail are a must as well as the ability to maintain confidentially
- Demonstrate effective organization and time management skills with the proven ability to multitask
- Be able to project a professional company image through in-person and telephone interaction with clients and vendors
- Friendly, professional with exceptional customer service skills
- Must be organized and dependable
- Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)
- Experience in Microsoft Projects or Primavera as asset.
