Joignez-vous à une équipe dynamique en tant que représentant des ventes, chez le plus grand fabricant international de produits de quincaillerie, reconnu pour sa remarquable réputation et la longévité de ses employés. Vous fournirez un soutien commercial inégalé à leurs distributeurs estimés et dirigerez les efforts de développement du marché par le biais de canaux de distribution stratégiques.

Avec un revenu garanti de 65 000 $ à 70 000 $ et des commissions pouvant atteindre 100 000 $, ce poste offre à la fois une stabilité et un potentiel de gain important. Vous couvrirez les régions dynamiques d'Ottawa et de Gatineau, y compris la région animée de l'ouest de l'île de Montréal, seulement une fois toutes les deux ou trois semaines, mettant ainsi en valeur vos prouesses en matière de vente dans des marchés florissants.

Reconnaissant l'importance de la mobilité dans ce rôle, une allocation automobile et une voiture de fonction sont fournies, afin que vous disposiez des outils nécessaires pour exceller dans votre territoire.

Profil recherché :

- Parfaitement bilingue, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour communiquer avec les clients à l'extérieur de la région du Québec
- Maîtrise des logiciels numériques, des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et de Salesforce ou de plateformes similaires
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Office Excel
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou certificat de compétence pertinent
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en développement des ventes techniques
- Expérience dans le domaine de la quincaillerie ou des produits de construction, par exemple dans le secteur de la construction
- Expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les distributeurs pour les opérations commerciales quotidiennes

Principales responsabilités :

- Adhérer à la stratégie du groupe pour atteindre les objectifs de volume et de marge pour les clients assignés.
- Gérer et développer le territoire de vente dans une réalité à double canal (mélange de direct/distributeurs)
- Stimuler le développement commercial en attirant les clients vers les distributeurs de l'entreprise, en utilisant des stratégies de vente incitative et en introduisant de nouveaux produits
- Acquérir une connaissance complète du territoire, en passant 70 % du temps avec les distributeurs pour le transfert des connaissances sur les produits
- Mettre en œuvre un plan de vente annuel complet, en suivant les progrès accomplis et en corrigeant le tir si nécessaire
- Exécuter des programmes de marketing, vendre l'entreprise par rapport à ses concurrents et intervenir auprès de l'équipe de marketing pour le développement régional
