**RDTS **is currently looking for a merchandiser located near Ottawa West to join our merchandising team and execute planograms in various pharmacies.
**Schedule**: Part time 24 hours per week during Monday to Friday, flexible hours. We can combine this position with an hardware Merchandiser Representative position for our Merchandising Solutions division to offer 32-40 hours per week. We can adjust your sechedule to what you are looking for
**Territory**: Hull, Aylmer, Gatineau, Ottawa, Kanata. A mileage compensation policy is applicable.
**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES***:
- Read and execute planograms for the entire pharmacy.
- Place the merchandise, do the facing, clean the sections, product rotation, etc.
- Manage priorities and tasks to be carried out.
- Manage your work team, which sometimes include one or various merchandisers.
- Perform daily reports, which include taking pictures of the work done, through our mobile reporting app.
- Maintain excellent relationships with pharmacy managers.
- Execute any related tasks.
**REQUIREMENTS***:
- Experience in merchandising and reading planograms is an asset.
- Good interrelationship skills, autonomy, attention to detail.
- Must be able to visit a different pharmacy of your territory each day. Mileage reimbursement policy is applicable.

**RDTS** est présentement à la recherche d'un représentant marchandiseur situé en Outaouais pour se joindre à notre équipe de marchandisage. À ce titre, ton rôle est d’effectuer la mise en marché et la planographie dans différentes pharmacies de ton territoire.
**Horaire**: Temps partiel, 24 heures par semaine, durant la semaine du lundi au vendredi de jour, heures flexibles. Toutefois, nous pourrions combiner ce poste avec un autre poste en quincaillerie dans notre division Solutions marchandisage afin de t'offrir du temps plein de 32 à 40 heures par semaine. Alors, que tu veuilles du temps plein ou du temps partiel, nous sommes flexibles
**Territoire **:Hull, Aylmer, Gatineau, Ottawa, Kanata. Une politique de remboursement des frais de déplacement est en place.
**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS***:
- Lire et mettre en œuvre de planogrammes pour l’ensemble de la pharmacie ;
- Placer la marchandise, faire les devantures (facing), nettoyer les sections, effectuer la rotation de produit, etc. ;
- Gérer des priorités et des tâches à réaliser ;
- Gérer l’équipe de travail comprenant parfois un ou plusieurs marchandiseurs ;
- Maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les gérants de pharmacies ;
- Entretenir une communication avec les gérants des pharmacies de votre territoire sur une base régulière (appels, courriels, etc.) ;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
**EXIGENCES DU POSTE***:
- Expérience en marchandisage et de lecture de planogrammes (atout) ;
- Excellentes aptitudes interrelationnelles, autonomie, leadership, souci du détail ;
- Être en mesure de se déplacer dans une pharmacie de son territoire à chaque jour. Une politique de remboursement des déplacements est en place.
