Are you looking for permanent opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry with great career advancement possibility. We are looking for a qualified distribution clerk to oversee and manage all aspects of the warehouse primarily in the shipping department. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, attentive and have great communication skills in both French and English.

You must be available for both day and evening shifts and ideally travel by car. We are offering a competitive salary based on experience ranging from 75K-82K annually with the potential of attaining an additional yearly bonus.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the deadlines for all deliveries as well as the movement of products on the dock, particularly regarding the preparation of deliveries.
- Promotes compliance and maintains an excellent understanding of all relevant policies and internal procedures as well as of all regulatory requirements and external guidelines relating thereto.
- Manage the distribution center inventory and submit on a timely manner the report.
- Examine and resolve operational problems, for example regarding security and service in collaboration with all the actors concerned.
- Always ensure proper storage conditions for products, including maintaining VAISALA temperature monitoring system.
- Adhere to all security procedures and oversee the security management of equipment.
- Contribute to projects and audits of the distribution center.
- Adhere to safe work practices.
- May work overtime to achieve the objective of the service to our customers.

Qualifications
- Bilingualism
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Experience in an autonomous position (has worked under minimal supervision)
- Excellent organizational skills and proven leadership
- Multi-tasking experience and ability to prioritize the needs of internal and external customers and suppliers
- Lift truck license
- Knowledge of GMP and assets
- Transport certification of dangerous goods (Class 7)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to lift loads up to 23kg (50 lbs)
