**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Answer phone calls, in-person or electronic inquiries
- Input order entries
- Picking and packing orders
- Assist clients with ordering requirements
- Maintain data associated with above tasks
- All other related tasks at the request of the immediate superior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Ideally 2 years of experience and a strong desire to satisfy the customer’s needs
- Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- DEC program, AEC or DEP

**Vos principales responsabilités seront de**:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, aux demandes en personne ou par voie électronique
- Entrées de commandes
- Préparation des commandes
- Aider les clientes avec les questions de commande
- Maintenir les données associées aux tâches ci-dessus
- Toutes autres tâches connexes à la demande du supérieur immédiat
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français
- Idéalement 2 ans d'expérience et une forte volonté de satisfaire les besoins du client
- Compétences informatiques et capacité à utiliser Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint
- Programme DEC, AEC ou DEP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
