Sr. Operations Administrator

Responsable d’assurer les fonctions de secrétariat et d'administration pour l'ensemble des zones opérationnelles du centre de tri et de la succursale. Son champ d'action couvre le transport routier, la gestion des dossiers, l'assurance qualité et le service client. Traite rapidement les colis endommagés et mal adressés afin d'optimiser les délais de livraison. Premier point de contact des clients, il ou elle gère une variété de problèmes avec efficacité et professionnalisme.
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET CAPACITÉS REQUISES
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
Quatre (4) ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle, en travail de bureau ou dans un domaine connexe requis; expérience dans un environnement d’opérations de quai ou de centre de distribution préférée.
Les compétences générales en affaires incluent la dactylographie, la saisie et la vérification des données, ainsi que l’utilisation du téléphone, du photocopieur et du fax.
Compétences logicielles telles que l’utilisation de logiciels Microsoft Office et d’applications Web.
Compétences en service client nécessaires pour répondre de manière efficace et professionnelle aux demandes.
Gestion du temps, organisation et compétences en multitâches nécessaires pour travailler dans un environnement rapide. Gérer différentes tâches et changer les priorités tout en maintenant une grande attention aux détails et à la précision pour atteindre les tâches et objectifs quotidiens.

En plus des facteurs habituels faisant partie du processus de sélection, tout candidat à un poste exigeant la conduite d’un véhicule comme compétence de base doit posséder un permis de conduire valide (p. ex. de classe 5, G, ou 1 AZ) et un dossier de conduite affichant un maximum de deux infractions et / ou accidents au cours des 24 mois précédant la date de candidature. Les candidats feront en outre l’objet d’une évaluation basée sur l’examen approfondi :
- de leur dossier de conduite courant,
- des résultats de leur entrevue et
- des résultats de toute évaluation de leurs compétences de conducteur.
