Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Saguenay.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure timely responses and resolution of issues.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage office calendars to minimize conflicts and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation to maintain accurate records and provide valuable insights.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role, preferably with a background in management or administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to perform various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
