An exciting opportunity awaits you. We are eagerly seeking for a dedicated Office Admin to join our client's team located in HRM; a well-established company. As part of the operations team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in the day-to-day operations.

Starts: On June 12th, 2024
Schedules: Monday to Friday - Full-Time hours
Location: HRM/ Halifax

Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and efficient administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a well-organized workspace by managing supplies and equipment.
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintain and document accurate records and databases.
- Manage and arrange the meetings and appointments.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with financial responsibilities such as invoicing, billing, and expense management.

Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Customer Service Orientation.
- Attention to detail.
- Growth mindset.
