**Accounting Clerk / Office Admin**

Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.

We are a family run business; all members of the BANC team work closely with the Owners.

**Accounting Clerk related**:

- **Must Have**: Intermediate to Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel
- **Must Have**: Experience using Sage50/Simply Accounting
- Data entry of Invoices
- Filing
- Data Entry into spreadsheets
- Analysis using Pivot Tables
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented and accurate; accuracy is the key with all levels of accounting

**Office Admin related**:

- **Must Have**: Intermediate to Advanced Skills in Microsoft Outlook
- Very strong capabilities in all other Microsoft Suite of products, i.e. Word
- Order and maintain levels for all stationary/office supplies
- Reception Duties, i.e. Answering Phones, Greeting Guests, Distributing Mail, etc.
- Prepare correspondence as required
- Spreadsheet maintenance; phone lists, insurance lists, etc.
- Supply runs once a month; preference given to applicants with a vehicle
- Schedule/coordinate meetings, entry into calendar
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Liaison between IT Company, Cleaners and other 3rd party contacts

Previous experience in the Property Development industry considered and asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
