**Position Overview**
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and designing, developing, and executing them within the client's workflow. You will validate complex business applications to ensure they meet the requirement specifications and address business needs. You will work closely with functional, industry, and technical specialists to assist with the development, implementation, and integration of innovative solutions, including methods, tools, change management, and training. Your work will contribute to client satisfaction through timely and responsive services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expertise in CBX solutions to customers
- Offer best-practice input in defining customers' "to-be" business processes
- Prepare and conduct conference room pilots for customers, demonstrating the capabilities of CBX PLM and Sourcing Software
- Configure the software application to support customer business processes
- Collaborate with clients to define and execute test scripts
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates regularly to management
- Work with internal teams (architecture, development, quality assurance) to meet customers' software solution needs
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with systems integration is preferred
- 3-7 years of professional experience
- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, and API is a plus
- Experience with Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban
- Scrum Master experience is advantageous
- Retail or consumer products experience (business or information technology) is a plus
