**Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer installations go live within the stated time frames of an executed contract and on budget;
- Examine current and new business procedures.
- Identify effective solutions for business software system issues.
- Recommend solutions for improving and restructuring company procedures.
- Research and estimate the costs of upgrades and improvements.
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
- Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets.
- Obtain a customer reference letter regarding the implementation services provided by the Corporation
- Identify out of scope work and sell additional billable time as requested by the customer, and to assist in selling ‘next phase’ implementation work.
- Provide pre and post implementation sales support;
- Effectively communicate with the Corporation’s employees and consultants;
- Effectively use the Corporation’s Zoho Project and activity entry systems on a daily basis; and the Employee is to maintain detailed customer training/service notes, maintain timely and accurate Project and customer support entries, and comply with all the Corporation’s policies and procedures.
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
- BI development - Work with customers to translate their vision into KPI’s/Dashboards
- On-going Education as planned and approved by ESS
- Account Management activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Systems Consultant or similar role in IT consulting.
- Strong knowledge of system design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
