This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently process orders, manage customer inquiries, and liaise with both our sales team and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones consistently and pleasantly.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and actions.
  • Write up orders accurately, adhering to company policies regarding order requirements.
  • Process payments precisely, following company policies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers with inquiries about order status, changes, and issues.
  • Liaise with the sales team regarding orders and customer issues.
  • Communicate with suppliers about stock, production, and shipping times.
  • Follow up on sample and stock requests.
  • Assist in receiving orders and stock, checking for damage or shortages.
  • Assist with shipping orders and sales products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Learn product lines through on-the-job training and self-study.



Qualifications / Skills:

  • 1+ years of previous Customer Service experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Intermediate typing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working with alphanumeric codes.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
