JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a CRM team lead who will report to the global CRM\marketing automation manager to strengthen the customer experience through strong customer relationship management activations. You will be responsible for leading a newly created team of experts located in various countries and time zones. Therefore, you will be responsible for CRM operations and flawless execution of campaigns and running processes. You will be building a growth path and the vision of your workstream to support delivery of various strategies and campaign deployments contributing to the department’s ambitions.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Lead the production/activation team: Understand business opportunities and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver on business objectives following norms and technical best practices. Define stream guidelines, documentation and a training plan. Manage budget, resources and timeline: Align, follow, and seek required resources to support project operation and streamline operation for efficiency gains. Ensure delivery and quality assurance: Help the team build processes, revise their work, and help prioritization to ensure on-time campaign deliveries. Monitor results and outcome: Establish, monitor and improve team and tool performance to align strategy and promote a positive impact on user experience.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Salesforce or Adobe Campaign knowledge: An understanding of system capabilities of sales cloud, service cloud, bot and generative AI, Adobe Campaign Classic. Autonomous: A demonstrated ability to move forward without a clear process or route. Skilled in building new process and ways of working. Business oriented: An understanding of the impact of various journeys and campaigns on business; the ability to measure results and present strategic recommendations to support goals and objectives. Adaptability: Curious and always looking for new business opportunities, able to navigate in a complex multi-stream business environment. Communication: Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working harmoniously with multiple teams, especially to translate product functionality into business/user impact.
