Financial Crimes Investigations Team Lead

This long term contract role is onsite downtown Toronto 5 days a week with a global leader in financial risk consulting for a major Canadian bank. Have you ever supervised a team of Junior Financial Crimes Investigators for a bank compliance team? The Supervisor must have previous experience in a Finacial Services organization leading a team of Junior investigators working on Enhanced Dure Dilligence EDD, Know Your Client KYC, or Financial Crimes Compliance. Previous experience leading a team is required for this long term opportunity.


The Financial Crimes Team Lead must have 3+ years of financial crimes investigations AND 1+ years in a supervisory or team lead position. Your previous experience training and onboarding Junior Financial Crimes Investigators will crucial as this bank project continues to grow. To be successful in this supervisory position, the Team Lead Supervisor must have advanced MS Excel (pivot tables and lookups). This role involves extensive coaching and training, professional business English verbal and written is required for this contract role.
