The **Life and Financial Team Lead** will be responsible for leading a team of life and financial advisors and driving sales and business growth within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of life and financial advisors, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development and growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth, both within existing client base and through prospecting.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on relevant insurance and financial industry regulations and ensure team members are properly trained and compliant.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members, keeping them updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- promoting customer loyalty, retention and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license is mandatory.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the insurance and financial industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, investment vehicles, and financial planning concepts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- In-depth understanding of insurance and financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Market portals and Powerbroker
