Job Description:

In this key role, you will oversee a state of the art healthcare Control Centre. Your role will include the following:

Monitor and operate numerous systems including, access control, CCTV, fire and life safety.  Make emergency overhead announcements Answer Telephones and dispatch calls Assist in tracking and deployment of security staff Handle a variety of dispatch duties including incident call taking.  Liaise with visitors, clients and staff Manage Lost & Found Manage the issuance and return of facility keys and ID/Access cards Issue Visitor and Contractor badges Excellent communication skills Excellent deportment, customer service and presentable – Public facing/front facing position Working knowledge of CCTV, access control systems Experience in a supervisory role and dispatching preferred
