Grants Coordinator

This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dedicated Grants Coordinator to joinour organization and facilitate the administration and managementof grant applications and awards. The Grants Coordinator will beresponsible for coordinating all aspects of the grant applicationprocess ensuring compliance with funding requirements andsupporting programmatic reporting. This role requires meticulousattention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability towork collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholdersManage the fulllifecycle of grant applications from research and proposal writingto submission and reporting.
Develop and maintain relationships with funding agenciesfoundations and other grantmaking organizations.
Ensure compliance with grant guidelinesand regulations throughout the application and reporting processes.
Collaborate with programmanagers and finance teams to prepare budgets and financial reportsfor grant proposals.
Track andmonitor grant expenditures to ensure alignment with approvedbudgets and funding restrictions.
Maintain accurate records of all grantrelatedactivities and documents.
Prepare and present regular reports on grant activitiesexpenditures and outcomes to stakeholders.
Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness andimpact through data collection and analysis.
Stay informed about trends and bestpractices in grant management and funding opportunities relevant tothe organization s mission
Requirements Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g. PublicAdministration Nonprofit Management Business Administration).
Proven experience in grantwriting management or administration preferably in a nonprofit orgovernment setting.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to writeclear compelling proposals and reports.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail withthe ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and experience with grant management software ordatabases is preferred.
Knowledge of Canadian funding landscape and familiarity withrelevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of a team with a collaborative andproactive approach.
